Miroslav Micic from Vanderbilt University gave a talk on "How to Grow a Supermassive Black Hole?" His lecture was about growing of seed black holes into intermediate and supermassive black holes (IMBHs and SMBHs), and their important implications for the duty-cycle of active galactic nuclei (AGN), galaxy evolution, and gravitational wave astronomy.
