As a member of team of Serbian researchers, SCL's Vladimir Slavnic, participated in High Performance Computing (HPC) training event held in Sofia on 29-30 November 2010. This event was organized by Institute of Information and Communication Technologies - Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IICTP-BAS) as a part of WP3 activities of HP-SEE project. Beside Vladimir Slavnic, Serbian team consisted of researchers from University of Belgrade's Faculty of Chemistry and Belgrade University Computer Centre (RCUB).

Event covered introductory lectures and hands on training sessions on using the HPC clusters, IBM Blue Gene/P, GPU computing, and analyzing the performance of case study parallel applications with MPI, OpenMP and CUDA.
