Serbian news magazine Vreme elected Vigor Majic, the director of Petnica Science Center, for Person of the year 2008. SCL has extensive collaboration with Petnica, an education center where gifted high school students participate in various science and humanities programs, and start their first research projects with advisers from Serbian universities and research institutes. Many of SCL's staff are Petnica alumni, both as students and lecturers. Congratulations on our behalf!
